Preorder Processing / Shipping / Cancellation Policy

If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
• At this point, Founder's Edition Wisewells have shipped, so we are no longer accepting cancellations on any preorder.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Regular order processing takes between 24 to 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or holiday are generally processed the next business day.
• If you need to update your order in any way, send an email to support@wisewell.com and we will try to accommodate you.
